Important information about receiving a shipment
– Upon receipt of the shipment, the Buyer must check its condition
– If the shipment is delivered by courier and damage is noticed, do not accept the shipment.
– If the parcel is delivered to a parcel locker and damage is noticed, please take photos and contact us immediately.
If the shipment is not picked up
– Unclaimed shipment is returned to the Seller and stored for 30 days
– Resending price – €5.99 (paid by the Buyer)
– If the Buyer cannot be contacted within the specified period, the order is considered fulfilled.
