Purchase and sale rules
General provisions
1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules ) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller , which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time . The Buyer is informed about changes to the Rules on the website of the online store.
Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order , having previously read these Rules.
Seller's rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation of the store or violates obligations , the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the use of the store without warning .
Seller's obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer using the chosen delivery method .
4.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances the goods cannot be delivered, the Seller has the right to terminate the contract , offer a similar product or refund the money within 3 working days .
4.4. If the buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the money will be refunded within 5 working days of receiving the goods.
4.5. The seller has the right not to refund the money until the item is returned or proof of shipment is provided .
Buyer's rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
5.3. The right of withdrawal is valid only if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition .
Buyer's obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them .
6.2. In case of unjustified refusal to accept the goods, the Buyer must cover the return costs .
6.3. The Buyer must check the condition of the shipment upon delivery.
6.4. By using the store, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees to these Rules .
Product prices
7.1. All prices are indicated in euros (EUR) including VAT .
Delivery fee is added at the time of order confirmation , if applicable.
Ordering and paying for goods
8.1. The Buyer places an order, enters the necessary data and confirms that he has read the Rules .
8.2. Payment can be made:
- electronic banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas),
- Visa / MasterCard ,
- Apple Pay, Google Pay .
Payments are made in EUR and processed through MakeCommerce.lt and Shopify Payments .
Delivery of goods
9.1. The goods are delivered to a parcel machine or by courier to the specified address , according to the Buyer's location.
9.2. The buyer must check the condition of the shipment .
9.3. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is considered to have been delivered in proper condition .
9.4. In case of violation:
- by courier – do not accept the shipment;
- at the parcel machine – take photos and immediately inform the Seller .
9.5. If the shipment is not collected:
- it is returned to the Seller and stored for 30 days ;
- re-sending price – EUR 5.99 (paid by the Buyer) ;
- if no contact is made - the order is considered fulfilled .
Return of goods
10.1. Refunds are made in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania .
10.2. Goods classified in the category cannot be exchanged or returned without the Seller's consent , except in cases provided for by law.
10.2.2. Goods made to order are not returnable .
Final provisions
11.1. The Rules are drawn up in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania .
11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations , and if that fails - in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania .
11.4. The Parties are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances.
