Rules for buying and selling goods
- General provisions
1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), which establishes the rights and obligations of the Parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer is informed about changes to the Rules on the website of the online store.
- Conclusion of a purchase and sale agreement
2.1. The purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store, having previously familiarized himself with these rules.
- Seller's rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operations of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the online store or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend his access to the online store without warning.
- Seller's obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide access to the services of the online store, the operating conditions of which are set out in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer, based on the conditions established by these Terms of Sale and Purchase.
4.3. When, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online store, the Seller has the right to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement after informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer a similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 3 business days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right provided for in clause 5.2 of the Rules, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid to the Buyer within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may not refund the amount paid by the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever occurs first.
- Buyer's rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the Buyer's right discussed in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged or their appearance has not substantially changed, and if they have not been used.
- Buyer's obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with the procedure provided for in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer, upon delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods without good reason, upon the Seller's request, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods.
6.3. Upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) together with the Seller or the person who delivered the shipment.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that he/she agrees with these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them.
- Product prices
7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros. Prices are indicated including VAT. After confirming the order, the delivery fee, if applicable, is added to the total amount of the goods.

Ordering and paying for goods
8.1. The Buyer, having visited the online store, selects the goods he likes, which he places in the shopping cart. After creating the shopping cart, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary for the execution of the order: his name, surname, address to which the goods will be delivered, telephone number and additional information that may be important for the delivery of the ordered goods. The Buyer confirms that he has read these rules and confirms the order.
8.3. Payments can be made using Swed, Seb, Luminor, Citadelė, Šiaulių bankas electronic banking services, and Visa / MasterCard payment cards. Payments are available in euros. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
- Delivery of goods
9.1. Goods are delivered to a post office or parcel machine.
9.2. You must check the condition of the shipment upon delivery of the goods.
9.3. Once you have taken over the shipment, it is considered that the shipment has been transferred and you have no claims.
9.4. If you notice damage to the shipment, you must not accept the shipment (at the post office) or record it by taking a photo (at the post office) at the collection point and sending a claim to Us. Once you accept the item, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good condition.
9.5. When the Buyer does not collect the goods sent by Lithuanian Post or a parcel machine within a certain period of time set by Lithuanian Post or a parcel machine, the goods are returned to the Seller and are stored for 30 calendar days. Each day of storage does not cost the Buyer anything, but the costs of a new shipment (2.99 EUR) are paid by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not contact the Seller during this period, the order is considered fulfilled and the Buyer can no longer make claims regarding the order.
- Return of goods
10.1. Goods of inadequate quality or goods of good quality, the shape, size, color, model or completeness of which the Buyer does not like, shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods, approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001 (Official Gazette, 2001, No. 58-2105; 2012, No. 34-1637), the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. Goods sold under these Rules are included in the list provided in paragraph 17 of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods (category: printed books, reproductions and other products of the printing industry (codes according to the Combined Nomenclature - 4901-4911), therefore, at the request of the Buyer, quality goods are replaced or the money paid for the goods is refunded, only with the consent of the Seller and in accordance with the following conditions:
10.2.1. The Seller shall replace the goods with similar goods or refund the full amount paid for the goods if the goods to be replaced or returned are not manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or are not obviously adapted to him/her;
10.2.2. If the goods are made according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously customized for him, they are not exchangeable and cannot be returned (the money paid for such goods is not refunded to the Buyer).
- Final provisions
11.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. These Rules and the relations between the Parties in relation to these Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.4. The Parties are exempted from the performance of their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).
