KEY CONCEPTS
1.1. Company or Personal Data Controller – MB Vardina, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code: 306265695, VAT code: LT100019425119 .
1.2. Customer or Data Subject – a natural person (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Electronic store – the Company's electronic store at VNR.LT.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal data – any information relating to a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly.
1.6. Processing of personal data – any action with personal data (collection, storage, use, provision, destruction, etc.).
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company or participating in joint projects.
1.8. Cookie – a small text file stored on the Client's device while browsing a website.
1.9. Direct marketing – offers and information about goods or services are sent directly.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document regulating the processing of personal data.
1.11. Account – Customer login details (email and password).
1.12. Password – a unique combination of characters created by the Client.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to process his/her Personal Data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy.
2.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and this Privacy Policy .
2.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the following principles:
– legality, fairness and transparency;
– purpose limitation;
– data reduction;
– accuracy;
– limitation of storage duration;
– confidentiality and security.
2.4. It is considered that the Customer, by placing an order, has read and agrees with the Privacy Policy .
2.5. The Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store and may be updated.
2.6. The customer can place an order with or without registration .
2.7. When registering, the Client must provide accurate data and is responsible for its accuracy.
2.8. By using the services, the Client confirms that the data provided is correct.
2.9. The Client has the right to change or delete their data or Account at any time.
2.10. The Client must protect his/her password and not disclose it to third parties.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The Company collects and processes the following data: name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, address, IP address, payment information, purchase history.
3.1.1. For the purpose of e-commerce - data is stored for 5 years from the last login.
3.1.2. For the purpose of direct marketing - data is processed only with the consent of the Client .
3.2. The Customer may opt out of direct marketing at any time.
3.3. Withdrawal can be submitted by e-mail to info@vnr.com .
3.4. You can also opt out by clicking on the link in each email.
3.5. The Client has the right:
– access your data;
– request their correction or deletion;
– restrict their processing.
3.6. Requests are submitted by e-mail to info@vnr.lt .
3.7. Data may be transferred:
– For partners (delivery, payments);
– to state institutions when required by law.
3.7.2. Payments are processed through MakeCommerce.lt , managed by Maksekeskus AS (Estonia).
3.8. The Client has the right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes at any time.
3.9. Data is transferred only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.
3.10. If the Client does not agree with the Privacy Policy, he/she may not use the services.
3.11. The Company applies technical and organizational security measures .
3.12. Data may be stored for longer periods if required by law or research.
3.13. Responses to inquiries are provided within 30 calendar days .

OTHER PROVISIONS
